Tapio's creatures

"I wanted to design a set of decorative items for my collection, something that would be very traditional. Our culture is surprisingly rich in things to draw from, like elves and elves. They are mysterious and even a bit scary creatures, but well-meaning.

We have preserved many stories of what they looked like, but no one really knows exactly what they looked like. I think modern times have popularised them, diluted the character and smoothed out the edginess. So I wanted to make my characters a little referential and even dreamlike."
