Assembly instructions
Delivery
The cover set is delivered in one package
Installation
Carefully remove the old covers from the cushions. Do not yank the zippers
Carefully fit the new covers on the cushions. Make sure there is no fabric between the zippers
Ensure that the covers are in place and that the zips are properly closed
Care and maintenance
Regular maintenance:
Vacuum your cushions regularly with an upholstery nozzle and air them occasionally. Dust and fibres coming off other textiles can cause pilling of the fabric over time. If necessary, you can use a lint remover to remove these.
Stain removal:
Remove stains from the surface of the fabric as soon as possible to prevent the stain from absorbing. Damp stains can be soaked up on a clean, non-staining cloth and, if necessary, an upholstery detergent can be used. Always test the detergent on a small, concealed area first. If spot cleaning does not help, the covers can be removed and dry cleaned. We recommend using a professional dry cleaner.
Other points to consider:
Because the covers are loose, they may move over the sofa cushions and crease during use. In this case, the fabric can be smoothed out and readjusted back in place.

Stock items are usually delivered in Finland within 5-12 working days after ordering. For other countries, the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the delivery address and any additional services. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may affect the delivery time. If you order several different products, they may arrive as separate shipments.
We aim to keep the delivery times on our product pages up to date, but we reserve the right to make changes. If you wish, you can ask our customer service for more precise delivery times.
Delivery options
Finland Small items are delivered to the nearest pick-up point (Posti, Postnord or Matkahuolto) or home delivery, according to your choice. Larger furniture is always delivered to your front door, which means your front door or, for apartment buildings, the front door of the building. Depending on your postcode area, you can choose additional services such as carried-in and unpacking.
Other countries All products are delivered to the home yard (the front door of your home or the front door of an apartment building).
Receiving the delivery Always check the condition of the product and the package when you receive it and make sure that you receive the product and the package in good condition. Any damage in transit should be reported to us immediately by e-mail. Please include photos of the damage. If the shipment is delivered by home delivery, ask the delivery service representative to note down any visible damage.
Return conditions You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the payment for a faultless and unused product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Please note that the cost of returning a non-defective product will be charged to the customer. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition to be sold. The packaging may be opened for inspection, but we will not be liable for any damage caused by careless opening of the packaging.

Reklamations If there is a fault in the product, please contact us immediately by email. Please include photos clearly showing the defect and the product as a whole. Our priority is to correct the defect or provide a spare part. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a new one.

Designing the Frendi cover set
"All our sofa beds are designed so that the upholstery is easily replaceable. They can either be washed or replaced if they are more damaged. This also applies to the bedding inside the cushions."

Frendi cover set in use
Sofa bed covers are machine washable but we recommend dry cleaning. The bedding itself has washing instructions. Bedding should be aired and fluffed regularly.

Manufacturing the Frendi cover set
We have our upholstery and bedding made by our contract manufacturer. The upholstery is all handmade. To guarantee quality, our manufacturer makes all the bedding in-house.
