In our online store payment methods include; online banking, card payments and mobile payments. We use Paytrail as our payment provider.
The stock products you have ordered will be delivered within 3-12 days. Some products are delivered directly from the manufacturer. If the product is not directly in stock, the delivery time varies from product to product. If you order more than one product from different collections at the same time, they may arrive at different times depending on the product manufacturer and delivery time.
We deliver online store orders only to mainland Finland. Delivery options for small products are delivery to the nearest pick-up point (Post, Postnord or Matkahuolto points) or home delivery.
Larger furniture is always delivered to the home yard. Depending on the postcode area, it is possible to choose additional services for the home delivery of larger furniture, such as carrying in and unpacking.
Always check the condition of the packaging and the product when you receive your order! In the case of transport damage, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@tapioanttila.com. Also take pictures of the damage and attach them to your email. If you receive your order directly to your home, ask your shipping provider to record any visible damage.

Jousto invoice and partial payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their financial affairs flawlessly.
With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free payment time. A billing surcharge of €2.90 is added to the purchase. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at €9.90/month. The costs of the flexible installment are €3.90/month and a credit interest of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3000 euros with Jousto.
Buying with Jousto is safe. In connection with your first purchase, you make a strong electronic identification. As a returning customer, you can easily identify yourself with a one-time use code sent to your phone. In connection with every purchase, we make a real-time and automated credit decision. The payment transaction and data transfer always take place in a secure connection. The invoice will be sent by e-mail. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.

OP Lasku (invoice) is a flexible, reliable and secure payment method. It is suitable for customers of all banks and enables payment by invoice or in installments. OP Lasku (invoice) is available for merchants registered in Finland.
OP Lasku (invoice) is suitable for financing online purchases up to 5000€ and it is intended for customers of all Finnish banks, so you can use OP Lasku (invoice) even if you are not an OP customer.
OP Lasku (invoice) offers 45 days interest-free payment period and the option of installment payment.
The service is secure and reasonable: there are no hidden costs.
An account management fee of 2,95€ will be charged for the use of invoice, which also applies to invoices for installment payments. If you receive multiple invoices in the same month, you will only pay one account management fee.
When paid in installments, the annual interest rate is 19,95% .*
*OP Lasku (invoice) is a continuous line of credit , for a 1,000€ credit the actual annual interest rate is 26,8%, while the interest rate on the credit is fixed at 19.95% and the account management fee is 2,95€ per month. The estimated total cost of the credit is 1,396.69€. The calculation is based on the assumption that the full amount of the credit has been used, the credit interest rate and fees and commissions remain the same throughout the credit period and the credit will be repaid in minimum installments of 27,78€ per month, with a credit period of 36 months. Returns
You can return the product you ordered within 14 days. The returned product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. A used product may prevent a refund or lower the value of your refund.
When returning the product, always fill out the return form first.
Shipping costs for the return of a faultless product are the responsibility of the customer.
